Survey Price The YES survey to determine the Energy Efficiency of your home costs as little as £40 depending on the size of the property. Following the survey you will receive an immediate appraisal and will have any possible improvements explained to you, including the cost of such improvements and the grants available to you. Should you decide to go ahead with the installation of any recommended insulation the simple application form is completed there and then, with a copy being left with you. Please note: This YES insulation survey is not an EPC survey. (See below) ***** Special Offer ***** If you are updating your home insulation with a view to selling the property in the near future, we can supply the legally required Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) at 33% off the normal price, if you order one within 3 months of the insulation install date. It will be necessary for our qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to survey the property to record the improved insulation. With some of the lowest EPC prices around to start with, this discount means you will be unlikely to find a better deal than ours. And you will have the satisfaction of knowing your property is as Energy Efficient and up to date as it is possible to make it! Insulation Prices
Cavity wall or loft insulation can cost as little as £149! (This cost can often be recouped in saved energy costs within a year) The cost of any insulation installed will be determined by the surveyor who will calculate the area involved. This cost will be made clear during his or her visit.
